M.B.701 Application

(a)   For licenced air carriers in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 the CAA shall receive for approval with the initial application for the air operator’s certificate and where applicable any variation applied for and for each aircraft type to be operated:

1. the continuing airworthiness management exposition;

2. the operator’s aircraft maintenance programmes;

3. the aircraft technical log;

4. where appropriate the technical specification of the maintenance contracts between the CAMO and Part-145 approved maintenance organisation.
