OCCURENCE REPORTING - CAA

Occurrence reports must be submitted through the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) process, using the ECCAIRS portal, which can be found here (https://aviationreporting.eu). When making a report, UAS Operators should also include their registration number (Operator ID), and state whether an OA is held. Further guidance can be found in CAP1496.

Consideration should also be given to supplementary safety reporting channels, for example:
